Delivery Time Calculation:

Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

1. Processing Time:

At Maizinoly, once payment is successfully completed, the order processing procedure begins immediately. Typically, this process takes 1 to 2 business days to complete. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Time:

US Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

International Shipping: 10–20 business days

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

US Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days

International Shipping: 11–22 business days


Address or Product Changes

Any modifications made to the shipping address or products within an order may extend the processing time by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We always try to accommodate our customers’ requests to the best of our ability, adjustments to orders require careful review and coordination to ensure accuracy. Consequently, our team may need extra time to process these changes effectively.


Shipping Fee

We apply a flat-rate shipping policy to all orders, regardless of the quantity of items purchased. This means a fixed shipping fee is applied to each order, regardless of the number of items included in the shipment.

  • $12.95 for international shipping.

 


Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email within 2–3 business days. We primarily use USPS, DHL, and FedEx for shipping. You can track your package using the provided Tracking Number on our website: https://www.aftership.com/en/track.


Issues with Tracking Number

Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to be updated in the carrier’s system. If the tracking number does not work within 3 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.


Missing Items

If you find any items missing from your order, kindly inform our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package.
